1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Terra Global Tiles ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all domestic and international users, including dealers, distributors, contractors, and exporters/importers.

2. Company Information

Terra Global Tiles is a registered manufacturer and exporter of ceramic and porcelain tiles headquartered in Morbi, Gujarat, India.

Our operations cover domestic sales and international exports in compliance with Indian trade laws and international regulations.

Company registration, GST number, Import-Export Code (IEC), and other legal details may be provided upon request.

3. Eligibility for Use

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our services.

Business clients must provide valid GST numbers, trade licenses, or import-export documentation.

We reserve the right to reject service or cancel agreements if eligibility requirements are not fulfilled.

4. Scope of Services

We manufacture, distribute, and export ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, porcelain tiles, and decorative wall and floor tiles.

Services include bulk supply, OEM/private label manufacturing, and export logistics support.

Our website offers product catalogs, quotations, and inquiry submission facilities for potential clients.

5. Orders and Confirmation

All product orders are confirmed only upon issuance of an official Proforma Invoice (PI) by Terra Global Tiles.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

Order modifications or cancellations after confirmation are subject to written approval and may incur charges.

6. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in INR (domestic) or USD/EUR (exports) and are subject to change based on raw material costs, freight, and currency fluctuations.

Export prices are quoted on FOB, CIF, or CNF basis as per buyer requirements.

Local taxes, import duties, and port handling charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payments

Domestic payments must be made via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to the Company’s designated bank account.

International payments may be made via SWIFT transfer, Letter of Credit (LC), or other approved banking channels.

Orders are dispatched only after full payment or agreed advance payments are cleared.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We arrange shipping via sea freight, road transport, or rail depending on order volume and buyer location.

Estimated delivery schedules are provided during order confirmation but are subject to port delays, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of goods passes to the buyer once products are handed to the carrier as per agreed Incoterms.

9. Export Compliance

All exports comply with DGFT regulations, Customs Act of India, and applicable international trade agreements.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws, certifications, and customs duties in their country.

We do not conduct business with sanctioned countries, restricted entities, or parties prohibited under Indian or international law.

10. Quality Assurance

Our tiles are manufactured under ISO-certified processes to ensure durability, aesthetics, and compliance with international standards.

Batch testing and inspections are conducted before dispatch.

Claims related to defects must be raised within 7 days of receipt with proper documentation and evidence.

11. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty that our tiles are free from manufacturing defects at the time of supply.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, mishandling, or natural wear and tear.

Any warranty claims must be supported with purchase invoices and evidence of defect.

12. Returns and Replacements

Tiles once sold are non-returnable except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.

Replacements, if approved, will be limited to the defective batch only and not for entire consignments.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, catalogs, product designs, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Terra Global Tiles.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited without written consent.

OEM/private label clients must adhere to specific branding agreements.

14. Website Use Policy

The website may only be used for lawful purposes including product inquiries, catalog browsing, and business communication.

Misuse such as hacking, scraping, or unauthorized data use is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or restrict access to users violating website terms.

15. Confidentiality

All trade information, pricing, and agreements between the buyer and Terra Global Tiles are confidential.

Buyers and partners may not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.

Confidentiality obligations continue even after termination of agreements.

16. Limitation of Liability

Terra Global Tiles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the disputed transaction.

We are not liable for losses due to shipment delays, customs issues, or installation errors.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control.

This includes natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, epidemics, or transport disruptions.

In such cases, obligations will resume once conditions normalize.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.

If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat of arbitration will be Morbi, Gujarat, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Morbi, Gujarat.

International buyers agree to comply with Indian laws where applicable.

20. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for users violating these Terms & Conditions.

Termination does not release the buyer from pending payment obligations.

Access to the website or services may be restricted without prior notice in case of violations.

21. Privacy Policy Reference

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect user data.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We do not share sensitive client information with unauthorized parties.
